Vintage 90s raincoat coat in shiny black with a silver contrast lining in the hood and cuffs that can then be revealed by rolling them up. Both the waist and hood cinch with a drawstring. There is thin built-in shoulder padding, and a removable plaid zip-in body lining for warmth.
