Vintage late 80s/early 90s lightweight windbreaker jacket from the Civil Rights Task Force in navy blue with a large graphic on the back, and a smaller one on the chest with a crest that reads ""don't tread on me."" It has snaps up the front, and a drawstring at the waist.
